About Our Company

My Name is Ken (Kenny) Corcran and My Wife Heidi and I reside in Arkansas City, Kansas.

I am a Retired Firefighter / Paramedic and United States Marine Corps Veteran who loves the RV lifestyle, and I am the Owner / Operator of 1st Responder Mobile RV Repair LLC.

I often thought of what I wanted to do after a career that involved helping people, and often on their worst of days.

I have been involved in the RVing lifestyle for a number of years, and I arrived at the conclusion that being an RV Technician would be a great fit for me after my retirement from the Fire and EMS Services.

Starting in April of 2025 I attended the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) in Athens, Texas to complete the training and certifications for becoming an RV Technician.

I am recognized to perform services and hold insurance coverage for the States of Kansas and Oklahoma.

  • Rate depends on location in relation to the Home Office Area in Arkansas City, Kansas, or If We Are On-Site at One of The Local Campgrounds.

    0-20 Mi. / $85.00

    20.1 - 35 Mi. / $120.00

    35.1 - 50 Mi. / $150.00

    50.1 + Mi. / $200.00

    Includes appointment, diagnostics, and price quote if other than minor repairs are required

  • Labor Rate is $50.00 / Hour with a 1 Hour minimum charge. Subsequent time is billed in 15-minute increments if repairs are required past the 1 Hour time-frame.

  • All Requests for Service That Require Parts Replacement and / or Labor, Will be Verified and Agreed to by the Customer, Prior to the Service Being Performed.

    All Defective Parts Will Remain With the Customer if Requested.
