About Our Company

My Name is Ken (Kenny) Corcran and My Wife Heidi and I reside in Arkansas City, Kansas.

I am a Retired Firefighter / Paramedic and United States Marine Corps Veteran who loves the RV lifestyle, and I am the Owner / Operator of 1st Responder Mobile RV Repair LLC.

I often thought of what I wanted to do after a career that involved helping people, and often on their worst of days.

I have been involved in the RVing lifestyle for a number of years, and I arrived at the conclusion that being an RV Technician would be a great fit for me after my retirement from the Fire and EMS Services.

In April of 2025, I attended the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) in Athens, Texas to complete the training and certifications for becoming an RV Technician.

I am recognized to perform services and hold insurance coverage for the States of Kansas and Oklahoma.

    30.1 + Mi. / $200.00

    Maximum of 50 Miles from Home Office

    Includes the 1st hour of diagnostics / repair and price quote if other than minor repairs are required

  • Labor Rate is $150.00 / Hour past the initial Service Callout Base Price. Subsequent time is billed in 30-minute increments if repairs are required past the 1 Hour time-frame.

  • All Requests for Service That Require Parts Replacement and / or Extended Labor, Will be Verified and Agreed to by the Customer, Prior to the Service Being Performed.

    Please note if Your RV has an Ice Maker or Washing Machine, when requesting this service

    • Drain and Purge Plumbing System / Hot Water Heater / Fresh Water Tank

    • Fill Plumbing System with RV Grade Antifreeze up to 5 gallons. (Larger RV’s may require more with additional fees) (Note That Fresh Water Tanks and Water Heaters Do Not Require RV Antifreeze)

    • Underbelly Inspection for Potential Areas of Entry for Unwanted Guests

    • Roof Inspection to Identify Potential Future Problems

    • Remove Battery (If Requested)

      Please Make Sure That Your Black and Gray Tanks Have Been Emptied for the Season for Proper Winterization
